Dr. Matondo Wawa is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business at Saint Martin's University. His expertise lies in leadership management, entrepreneurship, and sustainable business development. He holds a Doctor of Management (D.M.) from the University of Phoenix, an M.S. in International Management and Healthcare from Troy University, and a B.A. in Film from the University of Las Vegas.

Dr. Wawa focuses on fostering community-driven entrepreneurship and eco-friendly business models in underserved regions. He emphasizes conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, and adaptive strategies for organizational and individual growth. His certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional qualifications.
