Dr. Mato Njavro serves as Dean of the Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM), Croatia's first AACSB-accredited business school and top-ranked institution per Eduniversal. Under his leadership, ZSEM has graduated over 2,800 students in seventeen years with a 94% employment rate during or within one year of graduation through its Career Center initiatives.
