Mathieu Valette is a University Professor at the Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales (INALCO) in Paris, France, where he serves as Director of the Texts, Computer Science, Multilingualism department since 2021. He leads the ERTIM research team and coordinates the ANR AID ASTRID GECKO project on cognitive warfare since 2023. Previously, he served as President of section 7 (language sciences) of the CNU from 2014-2019 and Director of ERTIM from 2010-2019.
