Dr. Mathieu Paapst is a part-time Assistant Professor of IT Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Groningen. He specializes in legal, ethical, and sociological aspects of the information society. His research focuses on open source policy, data privacy, and digital governance. He holds roles in organizations like the Pleio open source foundation and the Ethical Commission of Groningen municipality.
