Mathieu Landriault

Mathieu Landriault is an Adjunct Professor at the École nationale d'administration publique (ENAP) and a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa's School of Political Studies. He also teaches at the School of Conflict Studies at Saint Paul University. As the director of the Observatory on Politics and Security in the Arctic (OPSA), he contributes significantly to Arctic policy research and analysis.
