Mathew C. Garber

Mathew C. Garber is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the Irma Lerma Rangel School of Pharmacy, University of the Incarnate Word. A retired military pharmacist with 26 years of experience in the U.S. Department of Defense, he holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of South Carolina and a PhD in Economics from the University of Michigan.
