Massimo Prearo-Dep

Massimo Prearo-Dep is a Temporary Assistant Professor at the University of Verona's Department of Human Sciences. He specializes in political science, gender studies, and social movements, particularly focusing on LGBTQ+ activism and anti-gender movements. His research includes studies on Italian and French LGBTQ+ movements, as evidenced by his monograph La fabbrica dell'orgoglio and his PhD work Le moment politique de l'homosexualité.

Education: PhD in Political Studies from the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (Paris). Editor of the academic journal Genre, sexualité & société and co-director of the book series àltera / politiche e teorie della sessualità.
