Maryna Klymchuk

Maryna Klymchuk is a Visiting Professor in the Department of Supply Chain Management at the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba. Previously, she held professorial roles at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Ukraine, specializing in economics and construction management. She has extensive experience in international research projects, including collaborations with institutions in Poland and the U.S., focusing on digitalization, energy efficiency, and post-war economic recovery.

Education:

• PhD in Economic Science (2014), Kyiv Polytechnic Institute
• Postdoctoral program in Economics (2017-2020), Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture
• MSc in Finance (2008), National University of State Tax Service

Research Interests: Sustainability, supply chain resilience, AI in economics, energy-saving technologies, sustainable aviation fuel, and post-war infrastructure financing.

Awards: Professor title awarded by Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science (2021).
