Mary Yanik

Mary Yanik is a Clinical Associate Professor of Law at Tulane University, co-directing the Immigrant Rights Clinic. She trains students in immigration advocacy, focusing on deportation defense, constitutional litigation, and labor rights for immigrants.

She actively oversees the Cacho v. Gusman consent decree compliance, ensuring protections for detained immigrants in Louisiana.
