Mary Mathie is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science and Geography at the University of Texas, San Antonio (UTSA). She previously served as a term Assistant Professor at the University of Alaska Anchorage and taught at Baylor University and the College of the Holy Cross. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Baylor University (2014), where her dissertation, *"Thomas Aquinas on Justice, Judgment, and the Unity of Peace,"* received the 2014 Baylor Award for Outstanding Dissertation in the Humanities. Her work focuses on Aquinas’s political thought, law, and republican theory.
