Mary Libbey

Mary Libbey is a Teaching Professor at the College of Arts and Science, New York University, and serves as a Clinical Consultant in the Contemporary Freudian Track. She earned her B.A. in 1966 from the College of Wooster and completed her Ph.D. in 1975 at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Research interests focus on:

• Psychoanalysis and Freudian theoretical frameworks
• Clinical psychology applications in contemporary practice
• Psychodynamic therapy approaches to trauma and mental health
