Mary Kinahan

Mary Kinahan is an Assistant Professor in Organisational Behaviour/Psychology and Human Resource Management at Maynooth University's School of Business. Her research focuses on gender dynamics in academia, workplace stereotyping, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategies. She holds a PhD in Social and Organisational Psychology from Dublin City University.
