Mary Gail Stablein

Mary Gail Stablein is a Lecturer, Supervisor, and Placement Coordinator at Sonoma State University (SSU). With a background as Principal of Elsie Allen High School (2001-2018), she partnered with SSU to create The University Center, a program enabling high school juniors and seniors to earn college credits. A lifetime educator, she is committed to promoting excellence in teaching and mentoring SSU Single Subject Secondary Credential candidates.

Her academic interests include art education and teacher mentorship. She was Co-Director and Art Teacher at Santa Rosa High School's ArtQuest Academy and holds multiple teaching credentials.
