Mary-Beth Moylan

Mary-Beth Moylan is an Associate Professor of Law at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. She founded the Global Lawyering Skills program and has served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Experiential Learning (2019-2024). Her expertise spans legal education reform, election law, and government ethics.

Her research focuses on:

• Innovative legal pedagogy and skills training
• California ballot proposition analysis and public policy
• Ethical governance and election integrity
• Civil procedure and dispute resolution systems

Professor Moylan chairs the Sacramento Ethics Commission and regularly provides expert commentary on state constitutional issues and electoral processes for media outlets including Capital Public Radio.
