Mary Banas is a Part-time Lecturer in the Graphic Arts area at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA) at Tufts University. She specializes in graphic design, collaborative art practices, and visual communication, with a focus on interdisciplinary projects and education.
Her creative practice, YES IS MORE, includes research, teaching, and design. She collaborates with artist Breanne Trammell as BMTMB, exhibiting in venues such as Life is a Highway (2019) and For Freedoms: Art as Political Resistance (2018).
