Marvin Sirbu is a Professor at Carnegie Mellon University with joint appointments in the College of Engineering's departments of Engineering and Public Policy and Electrical and Computer Engineering, as well as the Tepper School of Business. He holds a Sc.D. in Electrical Engineering from MIT and has expertise in telecommunications technology, policy, and management. His research focuses on broadband networks, spectrum policy, network neutrality, and the economic impacts of telecommunications infrastructure.
