Martyna Waliczek

Martyna Waliczek is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Medicine and Health at the Medical University of Silesia, affiliated with the School of Health Sciences in Bytom. Her research focuses on medical sciences, neuroscience, and toxicology, with emphasis on dopamine receptors, manganese effects, reproductive health, and neuropharmacology using animal models.

Key research areas include studying dopamine D1/D2 receptors in the neostriatum, manganese neurotoxicity, pregnancy-related physiological changes in animals, and behavioral effects of pharmacological agents like desipramine.
