Martyna Spider (Martyna Pająk) is an Assistant at the 1st Sculpture and Surroundings Studio within the Faculty of Sculpture at the University of Arts in Poznań. Her artistic practice explores organic forms, corporeality, and human presence through material-focused sculptural works. She holds an M.A. from UAP (2011–2016) and previously served as a laboratory technician at the university (2017–2020).
Research Interests: Her work investigates the material representation of change, organic abstraction, and the interplay between human existence and spatial dynamics. Key themes include haptic resonance, ephemeral transformations, and the symbolic use of materials like paraffin, resin, and wood.

Curatorial & Organizational Roles: Commissioner for the Student Biennale of Small Sculptural Forms (2021, 2023) and the 3rd Symposium of Contemporary Sculpture (2022). Member of UAP’s faculty quality assessment team since 2022.
