Martyn Jones

Martyn Jones is a Professor at the University of Dundee's School of Nursing and Midwifery, with an international reputation in workforce research. His work focuses on healthcare staff well-being and care delivery, utilizing innovative e-technologies like PDA-based behavioral diaries to track real-time work environment impacts.
