Martin Trépanier

Martin Trépanier is an Associate Professor at the Université de Montréal, affiliated with the Department of Computer Science and Operations Research within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. He is a core member of CIRRELT (Centre interuniversitaire de recherche sur les réseaux d'entreprise, la logistique et le transport), where he leads and co-leads major research initiatives focused on sustainable transportation and logistics optimization.

His research expertise spans transportation systems, logistics, operations research, network optimization, and intelligent transportation systems. He has been instrumental in securing and managing large-scale grants from FRQNT, FQRSC, and Ministère de l'Économie et de l'Innovation, often collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across Quebec and internationally.

He has supervised numerous international trainees and graduate students through major programs such as the Strategic Clusters Program and the Green Transportation Research Chair, reflecting his leadership in both academic mentorship and applied research.
