Dr. Martin Reisslein is a Professor in the School of Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering at Arizona State University (ASU), where he also serves as Program Chair of Computer Engineering. He earned his Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (1998) and holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Fachhochschule Dieburg, Germany. His research focuses on communication networks (e.g., 5G, optical networks, software-defined networking) and engineering education, with over 200 journal articles and 60 conference papers.
