Prof. Dr. Martin Nettesheim is Full Professor of Public Law at the University of Tübingen, where he also served as Dean of the Faculty of Law (2003–2005). He currently directs the Research Centre for International Economic Law and is a member of the Board of the European Centre for Federalism Research at the same university.
