Martin Holle

Prof. Martin Holle is a Professor of Food Law and Administrative Law at the Department of Nutrition and Home Economics, Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. He holds the position of Prodekan für Rechtsangelegenheiten und Internationales (Deputy Dean for Legal and International Affairs) within the Faculty of Life Sciences.
