Martin Girard

Martin Girard is a researcher affiliated with the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research. He holds a PhD in Applied Physics from Northwestern University (2018) and a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from École Polytechnique de Montréal (2014). His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics at École Polytechnique de Montréal (2012).

His research focuses on polymer science, soft matter physics, and computational physics, with a strong emphasis on materials science and nanotechnology. Girard's work has been supported by prestigious grants, including NSERC postgraduate fellowships and a Center for Computation and Theory of Soft Materials fellowship.
