Martin Flavia Adina

Martin Flavia Adina is a Researcher (R3) at the National Research and Development Institute for Isotopic and Molecular Technologies (INCDC TIM), specializing in organic chemistry, dendritic structures, and supramolecular systems. She holds an MSc (2005) and PhD (2012) in Chemistry from Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca.

Research Interests include:

• Synthesis of organic compounds and dendrimers
• Development of solid forms for bioactive substances
• Self-assembled monolayers (SAM) on metal surfaces
• Application of spectroscopic/spectrometric methods

• Rapid pathogen detection (2015-2017): Utilized SERS-PCA biosensors for ultrasensitive bacterial identification.
• Lead-acid battery tech (2014-2017): Collaborated with ROMBAT S.A. to enhance start-and-stop automotive battery durability.
