About
Professor Martin Bobak leads epidemiological research on population health determinants at University College London, with cross-disciplinary focus on societal, environmental, socioeconomic and biological factors influencing chronic diseases. He directs a multicentre prospective cohort study across Central and Eastern Europe examining cardiovascular diseases, mental health, and aging.
Research interests include:
- Cardiovascular disease patterns across populations

- Interplay between psychosocial factors and chronic conditions
- Health inequalities across socioeconomic strata
