Martha Hebert, EdD, is a Senior Research Specialist at the Center for Urban Education Leadership within the College of Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her role involves collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data on the practices and achievements of EdD Urban Education Leadership program candidates. She also supports grant proposals for the EdD program and manages projects that highlight effective instructional approaches.
