Marta Scorsetti

Marta Scorsetti is a Full Professor in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy at Humanitas University, where she also serves as Director of the Residency School of Radiotherapy. Concurrently, she directs the Radiotherapy and Radiosurgery Department at Humanitas Research Hospital, a specialized center for oncology and complex disease treatment.

Her research focuses on advanced radiotherapy techniques, particularly in oncology subfields including lung cancer, stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), and neuro-oncology. These interests align with her leadership in national/international associations like AIRO (Italian Association of Radiotherapy) and ESTRO (European Society for Radiotherapy & Oncology).

Professor Scorsetti holds significant committee roles:

• Member of the Ethics Committee, National Cancer Institute of Milan (2013–present)
• Board Member of FONICAP (National Task Force Against Lung Cancer, 2009–2012)
