Marta Roczniewska

Marta Roczniewska is a Senior Research Specialist at the Department of Learning, Informatics, Management and Ethics (LIME) at Karolinska Institutet and an Assistant Professor at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Poland. She co-manages the PROCOME research group, focusing on implementation science in health and social care contexts.

• Education: PhD in Psychology (SWPS University), predoctoral internship at Columbia University, postdoctoral training with Anne Richter, Ulrica von Thiele Schwarz, and Henna Hasson.

Her research examines work and organizational psychology, including employee adaptation to organizational changes, person-organization fit through self-regulation, job crafting, and regulatory fit theory. She investigates how contextual factors influence mental health, well-being, and low-value care reduction in healthcare settings.

Recent work includes studies on digital transformation in education (2024), health-relevant personality traits (2024), and pandemic-related moral distress in maternity care (2024). She collaborates with the Unit for Implementation and Evaluation at Stockholm County Council.
