Marloes van Engen

Marloes van Engen is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Resource Studies, Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Tilburg University. She also serves as the Gender Policy Advisor for Tilburg University. Her research focuses on gender in organizations, diversity management, inclusive leadership, and work-family dynamics. She holds a degree in Social Psychology from Radboud University in Nijmegen and has lectured in Communication Sciences before joining Tilburg.
