Markus Röhrbein is a scientific assistant (Researcher) at the Chair of Sustainability Science and Applied Geography, University of Greifswald, since 2024. He previously served as Director of the Sassnitz Fishing and Harbour Museum (2022-2024), curated the exhibition "In the Web of Time - Baltic Sea Fisheries in Transition" (2021), and held scientific trainee and student assistant roles at the German Oceanographic Museum Stralsund and the University of Greifswald's Chair of Nordic History.
