Markus Ratzke

Dr. Markus Ratzke is a researcher at Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg, affiliated with the Department of Experimental Physics and Functional Materials. Since 2003, he has been a scientific employee, focusing on research in materials science and surface characterization techniques. He coordinates the advanced physics practical course for students.

His research interests include High-k dielectrics, growth and characterization methods, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), and Electrostatic Force Microscopy (EFM). He specializes in electrical surface property analysis with nanoscale resolution.

He leads a research team comprising several Master's students and collaborators, contributing to advancements in functional materials and experimental physics.
