Markus Raschke

Markus Raschke is a full-time Lecturer at the Lucerne School of Engineering and Architecture (HSLU), part of the Institute of Innovation and Technology Management IIT. He holds expertise in technology management, product innovation, and strategic project leadership. Previously, he served in senior management roles at international companies and led strategic innovation projects with large budgets. His academic career includes teaching marketing and innovation at the University of Fribourg and HSLU since 2011.

Notable projects include the SWEET Lantern initiative (WP8 Energy Communities), feasibility analyses for fertilizer pellet factories, digital pest control solutions, and mobility energy projects. His 2019 publication explores competence development in project-based bachelor's curricula.

He advises on innovation strategy and has managed multi-million CHF innovation portfolios. His work bridges academic research with industry applications, emphasizing practical implementation of innovative solutions.
