Marko Dunđer

Marko Dunđer serves as a Full Professor with permanent position at the University of Slavonski Brod, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering since 2008, and maintains an active association with the University of Rijeka's Department of Polytechnics from 2009 to present. His expertise centers on welding technology, production engineering, and materials science within mechanical engineering disciplines.

• Doctor of Technical Sciences (2005, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb) with thesis "The influence of cooling rate on the hardness and toughness of welds made of microalloyed steels"
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (1997, same institution) on "Determination of welding parameters of quenching and tempering steels"
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (1979, University of Sarajevo) with thesis "Determination of the heat transfer coefficient in a forging furnace using Fourier series"

Professor Dunđer's research integrates welding metallurgy, production processes, and materials engineering with practical industrial applications. His work spans heat treatment optimization, tribological properties of welded joints, and mechanization of welding processes.
