Mark Weber

Mark Weber serves as the Director of the Sales Program and Assistant Professor of Practice at the Busch School of Business, The Catholic University of America. He holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech. With over 32 years in technology sales and engineering, he previously led global sales teams at NetApp, including roles as Senior Vice President for the Americas and President of NetApp U.S. Public Sector. His expertise spans federal IT sales, strategic partnerships, and leadership.

Research Interests: Focuses on sales leadership, federal IT procurement strategies, team dynamics in sales organizations, and the transition to cloud services in public sector technology. His work emphasizes customer-centric approaches and building collaborative vendor ecosystems.
