Mark Rye

Mark Rye is a Professor in the Psychology Department at Skidmore College. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from Bowling Green State University and a B.A. from DePauw University. His research focuses on the influence of forgiveness and gratitude on mental health, development of positive psychology scales, and program evaluation.

His teaching portfolio includes undergraduate courses such as Psychological Disorders, Sleep and Dreams, Clinical Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Psychology of Religion. These courses emphasize both theoretical foundations and practical applications in psychological science.
