Mark Rosenbaum is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the UCI School of Law, specializing in education equity, civil rights, and public interest litigation. He has been recognized as one of the Top Lawyers of the Decade (Daily Journal, 2021) for landmark cases such as securing $1 billion for underserved California schools (Williams v.
