Mark Ralkowski

Mark Ralkowski is an Associate Professor in Philosophy and Honors, specializing in Ancient Greek Philosophy and 20th Century Continental Thought. He serves as Philosophy Honor Society Advisor and holds a Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico, with prior degrees from Boston College and Santa Clara University. His research focuses on Plato's political philosophy influenced by the Peloponnesian War, Heidegger's interpretations of Plato, and the intersection of philosophy with contemporary comedy. He is currently working on a major project analyzing Plato's political ethics and plans to explore Heidegger's educational and technological philosophies.
