Mark R. Spaller

Mark R. Spaller is an Associate Professor of Medical Education at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College, with adjunct appointments in Biological Sciences and Chemistry. He is affiliated with the Norris Cotton Cancer Center and serves as Associate Professor of Pharmacology & Toxicology.

Dr. Spaller received his B.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on protein-ligand and protein-protein interactions of biological and medicinal significance, particularly those regulating oncogenic and neuronal signal transduction pathways.

His laboratory employs an interdisciplinary approach combining organic and peptide synthesis, protein biochemistry, molecular biology, and biophysics. Current research areas include:
