Mark Prendergast

Mark Prendergast is a faculty member at the Mary Immaculate College, Faculty of Education. His research focuses on mathematics education, particularly advanced mathematics at the upper secondary level (ages 16–18). Collaborating with Páraic Treacy and Niamh O'Meara, he investigates pedagogical strategies, policy impacts, and student motivation in mathematics education.
