Professor Mark Perry is a faculty member at the School of Law, University of New England, with a cross-appointment to the Department of Computer Science. He holds a LLB from the University of Manchester (1976), a Diploma in Computer Science and Master’s in Jurisprudence from the University of Auckland. Admitted to the Canadian Bar in 2003, Perry has served as Associate Dean of Research at Western University’s Law School and remains a visiting adjunct professor at Queensland University. His research focuses on law-technology intersections, including open innovation, intellectual property rights, biotechnology regulation, and licensing in computing.
