Mark P. Thomas is a Professor in the Department of Sociology at York University's Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies. He previously served as Director of the Global Labour Research Centre at York and held visiting roles at Carleton University's Institute of Political Economy and the Université de Genève's Institut de Recherches Sociologiques.
