Mark Niemz is a lecturer in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Wolverhampton's Institute of Sport, within the Faculty of Education, Health & Wellbeing. He combines academic teaching with practical support for university athletes and sports scholars, drawing on extensive industry experience in elite sports programs.
