Mark Munson

Mark Munson is an Adjunct Professor of Music Education at Bowling Green State University, specializing in choral conducting and music education. He conducts university choruses and teaches choral literature/conducting courses. Previously, he taught 8 years of K-12 choral music in Pennsylvania and served as a visiting professor at Sweden's Musikhögskolan i Malmö (Lund University), choral specialist at Fröknegårdskolan, and conductor of Christianstads Motettkör. His ensembles have toured internationally and performed at professional conferences.

He has conducted the Toledo and Lima Symphony Orchestras, prepared works for renowned conductors, and served as president of the Central Region American Choral Directors Association and Ohio Choral Directors Association. Active as a guest conductor, clinician, and church musician, he authored articles for ACDA's Choral Journal.
