Mark Manning

Mark Manning serves as a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Centre for Economic Transition Expertise within the Grantham Research Institute at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is an independent advisor on sustainable finance, collaborating with the IFRS Foundation, Chapter Zero, the World Bank, and the Transition Plan Taskforce to advance climate-related financial regulations and practices.

Manning's research centers on transition planning, transition finance, systems change, sustainability reporting, and sustainable investment. His work develops frameworks for strategic national transition planning, aiming to steer economies towards a just, low-emissions, climate-resilient, and nature-positive future.
