Mark Eiglarsh

Mark Eiglarsh serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at St. Thomas University’s College of Law. A former prosecutor and seasoned criminal defense attorney, he specializes in state/federal criminal defense, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. He is renowned for pioneering “The Five-Minute Acquittal” courtroom technique and frequently provides legal commentary on media platforms like WIOD radio (“Legal Lion”) and national TV networks.
