Mark Dubis

Mark Dubis is a Professor of Biblical Studies at Union University since 2002, with prior teaching experience at Baylor University. His work bridges Greek grammar, 1 Peter exegesis, and technology in theological education.

His research focuses on Greek linguistics, biblical theology, and digital tools for scriptural analysis, including co-creating BibleMesh's online Greek courses. He also served on the Society of Biblical Literature’s Computer-Assisted Research Section steering committee.

Recent scholarship highlights aspects of Greek verbal systems (2016), NT background research (2003), and digital theological resources (2000-2005). Earlier works include 1 Peter interpretations (2002, 2004), biblical software (2001), and translation challenges (2003).
