Mark Drozdov

Mark Drozdov is an Instructor in the Retraining Program for Immigrant Engineers at The Cooper Union. He holds certifications including MS, SSM, FSM, BSI, RSO, CAI, CMA, GPRO, and is a recognized expert in Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS). His work spans over three decades in EHS Testing, HazMat Remediation, Risk Management, and Pandemic/PCBs mitigation. He has authored publications in The Construction Executive and Crain's NY Business and serves as a litigation support expert.

Professional Roles: Mark has led curriculum development at Polytechnic University (now NYU), consulted for Stony Brook University, and lectured at Columbia, CUNY, and Stevens Institute of Technology. He chairs standards committees for AIHA, ASSP, and IICRC, focusing on OSHA, ISO 14001, and pandemic safety protocols.

Awards: Honored with awards and commendations for contributions to EHS, including critical work at Ground Zero post-9/11. He actively contributes to infectious disease control standards and led the CEO Selection Panel at Cooper Union.
