Mark Bailey, PhD, is a Distinguished University Professor in the College of Education at Pacific University and Director of the Child Learning and Development Center. He holds a PhD and MS from the University of Wisconsin and a BA from Grinnell College. His research focuses on technology integration in early childhood education, equity in digital access, and innovative pedagogical practices. Recent work includes presentations on developmentally appropriate digital tools, STEM education, and technology in outdoor classrooms.
