Marjolaine Rostain

Dr. Marjolaine Rostain is an Assistant Professor at Warwick Business School (WBS), affiliated with the ISM-Analytics (ISMA) Group. She transitioned from chemical engineering and industry work to academia, completing a PhD in management at emlyon business school under Professors Ruthanne Huising and Jean Clarke. Her research focuses on ethnographic studies of work and organizations, particularly how technologies reshape expertise, roles, and learning practices.
